Delivery time is 2-5 business days after payment has been received. We strive to have your package shipped within 12 hours on weekdays.
All orders are shipped with tracking. SUI AVA ApS uses PostNord as the distributor and can therefore only refer to what PostNord promises regarding delivery.
Returns
You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
When returning, you must cover the direct costs associated with sending the item back.
You are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged and bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery.
Furthermore, please include a copy of your order confirmation.
